FAQ
What is your turn around time for delivering galleries, and how many pictures will I get?
It depends! If it was a 1-2 hour session, it will take 2-3 weeks. For a wedding, it will take 4-6 weeks! I edit alllll your pretty pictures. All the ones that aren't blurry, no eyes are closed, or unflattering faces. I typically deliver 100 pictures per hour that I shoot. I don't have a max that I'll give you, just all the good ones!
My fiancé and I would feel more comfortable if we met you before we booked you. Is that possible?
Omg, of course!! To save you and I on the gas money, I’d love to set up a FaceTime or Zoom call with both of you. It’s honestly easier for me to answer all your questions with a discussion rather than an email chain anyways!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! Reason being for your and my security that you have my full attention and your wedding date is locked in and secure. 50% of whatever package you choose once the contract is signed!
Do you offer payment plans?
Short answer: yes! But it depends on each situation. All my payment plans are customized for each couple since everybody is different.
How much are your travel fees?
Travel is free up to 50 miles outside of me. Outside of that, you'll be covering air fair, hotels/airbnb, and transportation at the location. In the US, travel can range from $100-$700 and international travel can range from $800-$1500+. I will book my own plane ticket, and place to sleep and send you the receipt. Trust me, I'm not going to break your bank with a first class ticket or 5 star hotel!
Can you customize a wedding package for me?
Yes yes yes!! This is my favorite option because everyone is different and needs different things on their day!
Where are you based out of? Do you travel?
I'm based in SoCal! More specifically, San Diego. I was born and raised here and I adore my city. I love traveling!! I am open to go literally anywhere in the world! I dare you to take me up on that :P
My Uncle Jimmy said he can shoot my wedding for free, why should I hire you?
That would be such a cool wedding present, not gonna lie. BUT, at the end of it all, after everything is said and done, your pictures are going to be your only time capsule back to your day. It’s the one thing you get keep from your day forever!! Every single one of my photos are professionally edited, and it’s not like I’m going to catch up with other family members, like Uncle Jimmy, and miss a key moment! It’s my job to not only capture the important things, but the little candids too, things that others who don’t work at weddings regularly, miss. So please, even if you don’t choose me, don’t go with Uncle Jimmy!!!
What if I don't want the free engagement session? Can I get a discount?
Short answer: maybe! I am open to having a conversation about it, but I always WANT to do one before the wedding for a couple different reasons. It gives me a chance to get to know you before your wedding day, and know how to pose your boo and you before hand too. It makes the wedding day 10x easier because we already have a relationship, I feel like I'm shooting a friends wedding at that point, and the pictures simply turn out better.
